When a property is found to have contamination, it is important to use your resources appropriately and wisely to limit your liability.  In many cases when contamination is discovered during subsurface investigations, risk based corrective action (RBCA) by natural attenuation can be applied to avoid costly cleanup or limit actions to source areas or "worst case" locations.  Envirorisk prepares risk assessments which include groundwater modeling to evaluate if a groundwater monitoring plan can be performed in lieu of remediation.
